If there is a problem with the shipment of your order, we request that you contact us within 7 days so that we may assist you. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have not contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All of our products are custom printed upon receipt of the order. If the product you received is damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within 7 days. We may request that you send us photographs of the package and the product to assist us as we work with the manufacturer.
Copies of the image you send to us will be shared with the manufacturer, who may offer to ship a new product or refund the purchase. The decision of the manufacturer is final. Any instructions for returning the product will be provided by the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
As noted above, the manufacturer/printer of the product will advise if a new product will be sent or if a refund will be issued.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so we may assist you.
If you are instructed to return your product, we will provide full details to you.
