Collection: Good Ole Times at Cape Hatteras

The current Cape Hatteras Light is the third lighthouse built at Cape Hatteras in 1935. The familiar black and white spirals, first used in 1873, are a prominent daymark to mariners. The lighthouse was originally built in 1845. Today it is the tallest lighthouse in the USA at 208 feet from the bottom of the foundation to the peak of the roof.  It is located on Hatteras Island at Buxton, North Carolina in the Cape Hatteras National Seashore.

The image on each of our Good Ole Times at Cape Hatteras products is a reproduction of an original watercolor by Lee M. Buchanan. Coast and Country products are available exclusively on our website. Thanks for visiting with us!
