The Atlantic Pearl was a Cod Fishing Schooner with four masts. Commercial Cod Fishing was a major industry in New England in the mid-late 1800’s. While the oil and flesh of the fish were plentiful, the schooners used for Cod Fishing were not the safest vessels, and many of the schooners and their crews perished. This clock will add a stunning and historical touch to any room in your home!
The image in the clock design is a reproduction of an original watercolor by Lee M. Buchanan. As part ;of our Heirloom Designer Collection, The Atlantic Pearl Clock features hand-crafted nautical designs between each of the numbers on the clock face. This design is exclusive with Coast and Country!
