The Atlantic Pearl was a Cod Fishing Schooner fwith four masts. Commercial Cod Fishing was a major industry in New England in the mid-late 1800’s. While the oil and flesh of the fish were plentiful, the schooners used for Cod Fishing were not the safest vessels, and many of the schooners and their crews perished. The Roman Numerals in this clock add a distinctive touch and will be appreciated by those who love classic boats and fishing history.
The image in the clock design is a reproduction of an original watercolor by Lee M. Buchanan. Use the Search Box above to find our other products with the Atlantic Pearl image. This clock will add a special touch to any room in your home and also makes a perfect gift for the nautical enthusiast!
