The U.S.S. Pennsylvania was a 120 gun first-rate ship of the line. She was authorized by Congress to be built on April 29, 1816 and was the largest sailing warship ever built for the U.S. Navy. She was designed and built by Samuel Humphreys in the Philadelphia Navy Yard. She was not launched until July 18, 1837, due to budget restraints. The U.S.S. Pennsylvania is a perfect gift for lovers of US Naval History.
The journal design is a reproduction of an original watercolor by Lee M. Buchanan and has the image on the front and back of the book. Use the Search Box above to find all of our other products that feature the U.S.S. Pennsylvania.
